ENTERPRISE AI / ROLE-BASED TRAINING

Enterprise AI training built around the work your employees do

Practice sales, support, operations and administrative tasks with approved materials and reviewed outputs. An FDE helps your team develop role-specific templates, review checklists and an implementation plan.

Your company has bought AI tools, but staff are experimenting independently: one drafts emails, another organizes files, and managers still struggle to decide which outputs are ready for business use. Enterprise AI adoption training starts with a defined task, then practices input preparation, generation, verification and handover using approved materials.

Turn one repetitive task into a method the team can reuse

A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) designs practical exercises with department leads and checks whether employees can complete a new example independently. Proven methods become templates and review checklists; work requiring system integration becomes a separate implementation item.

01

Define the work this training should improve

  1. Business leaders: choose the starting point

Decide which use case to fund first, who owns it, and what results would justify continuing.

  2. Department leads: define tasks and responsibility

Break work into exercises and specify which outputs are usable and which require review.

  3. Employees: complete tasks with role-specific materials

Learn what to do when information is missing and who should confirm uncertain results.

Start with one department and one recurring task. Agree the curriculum, participants, prerequisites and tools during scoping.

02

Three practical training directions

Example exercises by role
RoleExerciseBusiness review
SalesDraft replies from approved product information and customer questionsCheck specifications, applicability and open questions; business staff approve before sending
Customer supportPrepare suggested replies and ticket summaries from reviewed FAQsKeep the original question and evidence; route uncertainty to the designated owner
Operations and administrationExtract key points, actions and discrepancies from de-identified meeting notes or tablesFlag unclear owners, deadlines or metric definitions for confirmation

These are example training directions. Adapt the exercises to your roles and available materials.

03

How a practical exercise works

  1. Establish a comparable baseline

Complete an exercise using the current method. Record time, omissions and reasons for rework.

  2. Prepare the inputs and requirements

Specify the task, sources, output format and decisions the AI must not make, then generate a draft.

  3. Verify against the original sources

Check facts, numbers, citations and applicability. Keep a record of corrections and their reasons.

  4. Repeat independently with new materials

Check whether employees can transfer the method to another example. Turn it into operating steps and a review checklist.

Use simulated materials and test environments for exercises involving external messages, approvals or system writes. Confirm production permissions and owners separately.

04

How an FDE connects training to business operations

Agree training deliverables and software development separately. Define scope, responsibilities and acceptance before undertaking data preparation, system development or ongoing maintenance.

  1. Before training: scope tasks and conditions

Review tools, materials, current workflows and the scope training can cover with business owners.

  2. During training: demonstrate, practice and correct

Investigate errors in role-specific exercises and help employees produce outputs others can verify.

  3. After training: document methods and implementation needs

Deliver templates, operating steps and checklists. List knowledge bases, automation and integrations as separate implementation items.

05

What the company receives

  • Role-specific task list: owners, inputs, recipients and escalation conditions.
  • Exercise and template pack: authorized materials used in training, instructions, output examples and common errors.
  • Review checklist: steps for checking facts, numbers, sources, permissions and business wording.
  • Training records and next steps: tasks employees can complete independently, remaining coaching needs and issues requiring FDE implementation.

Agree deliverables before training. No fixed participant count, duration, certification or business outcome is assumed.

06

Check whether employees can use the method independently

Proposed practical acceptance checks
Test conditionExpected behavior
New exercise materialsPrepare inputs, generate a draft and review it independently
Missing informationFlag unresolved fields and preserve gaps instead of inventing answers
Outdated materialsIdentify applicable versions and sources; confirm with the owner
Business decisionsRefer to the agreed owner instead of making unauthorized commitments
Comparable before-and-after tasksCompare time, omissions, rework and review effort; record samples and conditions

Discuss improvement only after measurement. These methods have not yet been validated with a specific client team.

Common questions about enterprise training

  1. Can employees participate without coding skills?

Start with information organization, draft replies and office tasks. Assess prerequisites separately for development training and tailor exercises by role.

  2. What if we do not have a standard AI tool?

Confirm data requirements, available accounts and permissions first. Keep internal information out of unapproved tools; simulated materials can be used initially.

  3. Does training include ERP or CRM integration?

Confirm interfaces, permissions, business owners and acceptance requirements before agreeing integration scope. Production software development is not automatically included.

  4. Can you guarantee a particular labor saving?

Compare time, quality and review effort on similar tasks. We do not offer a fixed cost-reduction percentage without measurements.

  5. Can training take place online or on site?

Agree the format, location and schedule based on roles, participant numbers and practical requirements.

Implementation options after training

Start with one task your team needs to improve

Tell us which teams and roles need training, which repetitive task matters most, and which tools you use. Bring an authorized, de-identified sample or describe its structure. We can then discuss training objectives, FDE responsibilities and acceptance criteria.

Discuss training requirements

This page describes proposed training services. Exercises and acceptance methods do not represent completed client projects or measured results. Agree the curriculum, format, participants, schedule and deliverables during scoping.
