The Law of Attraction and First Principles The Law of Attraction What truly influences you is your surrounding environment. Your annual income is the average annual income of the people around you. You’ll be influenced by your circle and gradually change. When you’re around people who make money, it’s easier for you to make money. When you’re around happy people, you become happier. For example, your language environment, living environment, work environment, and so on. Birds of a feather flock together; people who are alike are always drawn to one another. : Thoughts become reality. The more you focus on an answer, the closer it will come to you.Why isn’t the Law of Attraction called the Law of Success? Because it attracts everything, not just the good. It also attracts the bad. Whatever you focus on, you’ll attract. Set yourself a goal. Imagine an outcome. Make the goal as specific as possible, not too vague. It shouldn’t be a dream, but a goal—a firmly held goal. Step two: Believe that you already have it, that you’ve already achieved it. First Principles First, identify the fundamental problem. Start from the fundamentals to find a more reasonable, new approach. Ask three questions: Why is it done this way? Does it have to be this way? Can’t it be done that way? Ask yourself “why” five times. Suppose your goal is five million. Think about why it’s five million. : Keep asking “why” about the outcome four times; the final answer must be something relatively concrete.
